There is a mandatory $15 per booth per day hotel service fee for Exhibit Space. A weekend membership ($40 in advance) for each person who wishes to use Dealer space is also required. In the event that a Retailer or Publisher's staff contributes significantly by participating in programming, these fees will be waived.
Each Dealer will receive a minimum of one 8' and one 6' rectangular table and two chairs in an 10' x 10' space. Additional space and tables will be apportioned based on Dealers' requests, the number of Dealers attending, and the best interests of the Convention. GameStorm will do its best to provide for the needs of all Dealers within its operational constraints.
As an additional service, Demo tables will be located conveniently within the Dealers Room, so that dealers will not need to split their staff during Dealers Room hours.
Other Dealer Info
- Power - free within the Dealers Room; please bring your own extension cords and power strips to plug in to existing outlets in walls and floor
- Internet Connectivity - hotel wi-fi access is included for dealers
- Dealers are required to staff their booths during dealer hours of operation

Friday: 2pm - 8pm
Saturday: 10am - 7pm
Sunday: 10am - 4pm
Exclusivity
Exhibiting Publishers have the right to request exclusivity on any current in-print products that they intend to sell in the Dealers Room. This exclusivity applies only to those products that a publisher actually brings to the Convention. Exhibiting Retailers will receive a list of Publisher exclusives one month prior to the Convention.
Dealers Room Philosophy
GameStorm considers its Dealers Room to be a service to Attendees, Retailers, and Publishers as part of a contiguous community. We expect our Dealers Room participants to work with the Convention Staff and other Dealers to promote the Convention and to support each other. We intend that all Dealers have an opportunity to make a profit without undercutting each other, and that attendees have the widest selection of products to purchase. To that end, GameStorm will be coordinating the merchandise mix within the Room and we ask for the cooperation of all Dealers in achieving these goals.
